Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Great American Freeroll platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.

The Service

Great American Freeroll provides an online freeroll poker platform where registered users may participate in tournaments, track standings on leaderboards, and earn prizes as described on the platform. Specific tournament rules, prize structures, and eligibility requirements are published separately and may change at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Great American Freeroll related to your account, tournaments, results, and platform updates.

• SMS opt-in is voluntary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by adjusting your notification settings in your account.
• Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You represent that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to opt in from that number.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other means to access or interact with the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Collude, cheat, or engage in any conduct that gives you or another player an unfair advantage.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or its users. Termination may result in forfeiture of any accumulated points, prizes, or standing.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Service are the property of Great American Freeroll or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Great American Freeroll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
